Meaghan Koshman Finishes 15th overall and Captured the Gold Medal on the Vault with TV coverage on TSN. Meaghan also placed 6th on the floor. Lisa Sametz finshed 26th overall and placed 9th on Balance Beam. Diane Deslippe was very pleased with their performance. Great job Girls.
Next competition will be Jurassic Classic International in Calgary with Meaghan Koshman, Lisa Sametz, Kim Genereux, Carson Bolen, Jocelyn Fink and Tamsyn Lasuita all attending. The following weekend will be Western and National trials held at AIM with Meaghan, Lisa and Kim getting a bye because of their High Performance status. Carson Bolen, Jocelyn Fink, Kalcey Moltz and Kristen Slinn will be attending. The following weekend will be the Gymnix International in Montreal with Meaghan, Lisa, Kim and Carson attending. What a busy month.

December 2002
Congratulations to Meaghan Koshman, Lisa Sametz and Kim Genereux. These 3 athletes have qualified for High Performance Status in Canada. Meaghan is now a High Performamce Senior member. Lisa is now a High performance Junior member. Kim is now a high performance Novice athlete. We have one of the few clubs with 3 High performance athletes in 3 different categories in Canada. As well these athletes placed high on at least one event while competing in Ottawa. Meaghan was 7th on Vault. Kim was 6th on bars and Lisa was 6th on Beam. Great job girls.

Kim Genereux , Lisa Sametz, Meaghan Koshman and Coach Ryan MacPhail Have just returned form the western High Performance Camp where they trained with the Canadian Women's Program Head coach. It was a great experience.
