WELCOME Thank you for visiting the Heritage Community Association web page. Take a look around and see the various programs and projects which are currently being offered in our community. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Heritage Community Association exists for the purpose of helping residents build a thriving, all-inclusive inner city community with links to our history and our future. MISSION STATEMENT COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP Any person who resides within the geographical boundaries is eligible to become a Heritage Community Association (HCA) member. There is no membership fee and the membership is valid from January 1st to December 31st each year. If you are interested in becoming a member, contact the HCA office and complete an application form for the current year. Heritage Community Association CENTER HOURS & HOLIDAY CLOSURES Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m.-12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m BOUNDARIES The area overseen by the Heritage Community Association Inc. is bounded by Broad Street, College Avenue, Winnipeg St, the CPR Mainline, and includes the area known as the "Arcola Triangle" bounded by Arcola Avenue, Victoria Avenue and Winnipeg Street.
