MISSION

To engage and empower residents to build a thriving, all-inclusive inner city community with links to our history and our future.

VISION

HCA envisions an inviting , vibrant, safe, healthy community where residents are proud of their environment, where partnerships are formed, where business is engaged, and where the Community Association is seen as a leading, innovative organization which is well respected, responding to the needs of the Heritage Community.

MANDATE

To provide relevant needs-based programs, services, and support to help create a healthy community environment.

COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP

(a) Individual Member

An Individual Member is any individual, 18 years or older who makes a donation (cash or Gift In Kind) for which a charitable tax receipt is issued within the immediately preceding 15 months prior to the annual Meeting of Members.

(b) Organization Members

An Organization Member is an organization that makes a donation for which a charitable tax receipt is issued within the immediately preceding calendar year. The organization may designate one individual to represent that organization.

CENTER HOURS & HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m.-12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m

Closed - New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Saskatchewan Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

BOUNDARIES

The area overseen by the Heritage Community Association Inc. is bounded by Broad Street, College Avenue, Winnipeg St, the CPR Mainline, and includes the area known as the "Arcola Triangle" bounded by Arcola Avenue, Victoria Avenue and Winnipeg Street.
