equitable and competitive world with their urban counterparts.

ARTICLE 1: AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
1.
To
help the youths develop integrally. “CYDE” adopts the concepts of integral
development embodying all social, moral (ethical) and educational objectives.
Our programmes and activities aim to restore the youth’s sense of education to
personal growth, development of ethical balance and responsible living.
2.
“CYDE”
also aims to liberate the youths from the shackles of such maladjustment and
anti social behaviours as crime, violence, alcoholism, drug-abuse, hooliganism,
secret cults, and sexual perversions and licentiousness and prostitution and
rape.
3.
“CYDE” with a well-stocked library will avail
the youths of study textbooks, literatures and facilities to carry out
researches and study for examinations. They will also have access to the daily
newspapers, magazines, journals and periodicals.
4.
“CYDE”
aims to complement the great efforts of the youths parents and teachers and
therefore assists the youths with services of youth development professionals,
extramural lectures, careers planning, education to information technology,
development of English language skills and their sense of creative art

“CYDE”
outreach methodology will inspire and motivate the youths to recognize and
pursue their innate potentialities and capabilities for excellence and
fulfillment in life.
6.
The
youths that suffer from personality drag, hopeless frustration, cynicism and
despair will be helped to proper integration and positive outlook to life.
7.
A
central theme in the “CYDE” curriculum is helping the youths cultivate and
appreciate their good cultural background, values and heritage.
8.
The
youths will have opportunities to get focused on helpful diverse subject
matters as current international affairs, reproductive health education and
other subjects of general interest, such as exposure to role models, satellite
TV viewing, excursions to tourists attraction centres, sports activities and
responsible leisure spending.
ARTICLE 2: BENEFICIARIES
The center shall be open to youths, male and
female, motivated and desirous of integral development and responsible living.
Adults who share the organization’s philosophy shall be admitted to benefit
from our facilities. Mature children may also be allowed access to the center
and responsible usage of facilities. RESPONSIBILITY shall be the watchword for
all cadres of membership and admittance to premises.
