Honorariums and Expense Reimbursement
One Coach $100.00 Two Coaches $75.00 each per Tournament
Travel Costs Supported by receipts to be submitted to Team Manager for reimbursement.
Accommodations To be supplied by team in same location as the team is accommodations, dual occupancy.
Per Diems Per Coach, per day of game play, or in cases of long travel distances or late scheduled games, additional meals that are required. Rates as follows:
Breakfast - $10.00 Lunch - $15.00 Dinner - $20.00 Max - $45.00 per day
Additional One Wind Suit per coach
