Anger Management Education Program [AMEP]

Anger Management is an experiential learning program focused on helping young people deal effectively with conflict and anger. The program helps participants understand the difference between anger and aggression; recognize personal triggers to behavior; develop skill for making responsible choices; and gain greater self-responsibility. 

The program is a 12 hour curriculum which occurs once a week for six weeks. Group are offered either Mondays or Wednesday from 6:45 pm - 8:45 pm. For upcoming program start dates, or to make a registration, Contact the Program Coordinator at (306) 757-9743.
