Members of the Regina Rowing Club are training daily on Wascana Lake to improve their fitness and their performances. New members are welcome to join our club. Once they have completed the learn to row program, new members can enjoy the outdoors, right in the heart of the Queen city.

In the winter time, athletes are training indoor, “erging “, on rowing machines at the Canada Games Room by the boathouse in Wascana Park.

Deadline for Application is Thursday, March 15, 2012.

LEARN TO ROW in 2012
LTR is for individuals with no previous rowing experience. Participants learn basic rowing techniques and terminology over three days (eight hours total) for a fixed fee of $150.

Classes begin in May with the Learn to row coach. Specific times will be provided in the next few weeks.

Learn-to-Row classes are run over a Wednesday evening (2 hours), a Thursday evening (2 hours) and a Saturday morning (4 hours).

Sign-up for the Regina Rowing Club 2012 season on Saturday March 31st, at 11 AM at the Canada Games Room, by Wascana Lake. Registration for new members is ongoing all summer. :
