3) Tri-Community Neighbourhood Watch Programs:
a) TCNHW website:
This is the 8th year of operation of the web site. We established this site so our members could obtain information online about the Tri-Community Neighbourhood Watch. The site has been update at the end of 2006.
b) TCNHW Newsletter:
Over the year of 2006 several notice were place in the RMRCA newsletter. No interest was generated from the community from these notice.
c) Event attended:
A display was present at RNRCA registration night that did not develop any interest or sign ups from the community.
d) General meetings:
No general meeting were requested by the community after the Jan 2006 meeting.
4) President’s Message:
In Jan. 2006 a motion was passed by the executive if there was no interest in NHW in our community the executive would shut down the NHW and turn all monies and materials over to the Rosemont Mount Royal Comm. Assoc. Sadly, I have to report that the executive has not received 1 request or sign up since Jan 2006. As a result of this situation the executive is forced to shut down the Tri-Community N.H.Watch in our area. All monies and material will be transferred to the RMRCA as per the Jan 2006 motion. Asset Transfer letter and the letters of resignation of our executive have been placed on file with the RMRCA executive.
I would like thank the RMRCA for all their support over the many years we have worked
together on the may project that made our community a better place to live.
