Bird Alert

Nature Regina's Bird Alert line is our rapid-response connection to members and nature events. Updates to meetings, field trips, and other activities are placed on the answering machine, available to callers at any time of the day. Anyone with a significant bird sighting or news about other events can call and leave a message. These items will be added to the outgoing message so that all callers will know about them.

Phone the bird alert line whenever you want to find out about upcoming Society activities.

Checklist of the Birds of A. E. Wilson Park

Long-time Nature Regina member Sandy Ayer moved to Calgary a couple of years ago, but when he lived in Regina he spent a lot of time in A.E. Wilson Park. Over many years, he maintained a list of birds he observed in the park, and he recently sent us a checklist based on his observations. He originally suggested it be printed in our newsletter, but we decided, partly due to the length of the list, that we would give it a more permanent home here on the Society's web page.
