Alison Purdy was born and raised in Regina. She has been the accompanist for the Regina Philharmonic Chorus since 1990. Alison holds a Bachelor of Music Honours degree from the University of Wales and an A.R.C.T. diploma in piano performance as well as a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in chemistry from the University of Regina. Alison is active in the local musical community as an accompanist and church organist and recently added the Juventus Concert Choir to the list of choirs for which she has been accompanist. When not playing the piano, Alison studies mathematics at the University of Regina.
