U10 - grade 3/4 - girls	$45	M/W
U12 - grades 5/6 -boys	$60	M/T/W/Th
U12 - grade 5/6 - girls	$60	M/T/W/Th
U15 - grades 7/8/9	$70	M/T/W/Th
U19 - grades 10/11/12	$70	M/T/W/Th

No refunds after April 15^th & refunds prior will be less $10 Administration Fee!
