VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Please …volunteer! Without you, this program will not and cannot operate.

COACHES, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Duties: Attend coaches’ clinic April 16 and pick up equipment. Notify players/parents of schedule for the season. Coach teams in a positive manner. Sign-up as a coach and help your child and children in your area learn and enjoy a wonderful sport! Indicate your interest at registration.

EQUIPMENT COORDINATORS (4):
Duties: Gather “on hand” equipment and organize in to team packages (bag, game ball, & extra practice balls, cones, flags, nets and label for each team). This needs to be completed before ball inflation day, April 16th.

Equipment Team:
Ball inflation - Gather for 1.5 to 2 hours April 16 to inflate 1000 or so balls and to batch in team kits.
Jerseys - Gather for 2 -3 hours to sort and package team jerseys. There are approximately 96 teams. More volunteers = more fun! Contact the Soccer Coordinator in your area to offer your assistance. Thank you!

Team Building:
A Coordinator and nine others to organize players into teams in each age group. Time requirement depends on the number of registrations. Will need to be completed in the last two weeks of March

Game Schedulers:
A Coordinator and two to three other people. Schedule games and field usage. Will need to be completed in the first two weeks of April.

Windup organizers:
Book a company to flip burgers, order enough burgers/dogs, chips and water to supply the tournament. Organize volunteers to serve as required. Contact the Coordinator in your area to offer your assistance. Thank you!

Parents:
Cheer in a positive and fun way, providing good sportsmanship examples to all players.
