| Over the past few years, there has been a growing need for Canadians to have a forum to share their knowledge and expertise with fellow Avaya customers. While being part of the broader InAAU community has tremendous benefit, regional customers have stated an interest to have Avaya customers interact that have a ‘like’ situation and circumstance in Western Canada.
In November 2005 the Western Canada Avaya User Group Association was created. Incorporated in Alberta, Canada, the group’s goal is to bring together members from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba through quarterly meetings. WCAUGA’s purpose will be to provide a common platform for users to keep apprised of Avaya technology and industry trends provide a voice to Avaya in reinforcing our needs as a community, and share best practices surrounding technology and business requirements.
By working closely with the InAAU and Avaya, we hope to increase awareness of the group amongst Avaya users in the Western Canadian region. By building a strong foundation, we can ensure customer advocacy and function as a resource for information and problem resolution.
