How we manage our Tiredness

What Happens when you suffer from being tired”?

Zenny explained that she is just back from Arizona and has been tired ever since from the trip.  It seems all Polios say they suffer from being tired.  Some ways they handle it are:

-  Pace yourself.

-  Plan your activities. If possible you don’t get overtired.

-  Once you are overtired, it takes twice as long to recover.

-  Some take a hot bath

-  Some do deep breathing

-  Watch TV

-  Give yourself permission to say NO if someone asks you to do something and you know it will exhaust you

-  Listen to your body and stop when you feel you are getting tired

-  Everyone said taking naps or rest was the best answer relief when you’re tired

-  Someone mentioned getting headaches when he got overtired

-  Getting overtired effects you physically as well as mentally.

Refuse jobs that require lots of thinking when you are too tired.
