All sprinters and jumpers will train for technique on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:40-9:20.
Speed Endurance work
can be on either Tuesdays or Thursdays, any time between 6:30-9:30, or
Sundays
1:00-4:30. Here is the workout plan for Indoor 2006:

ENDURANCE PLAN - 2006
Saturday Training:
1:00 - 2:30. Saturday practice times will be 1:00-2:30. This will be primarily for strength and conditioning, but athletes who cannot come Mondays or Wednesdays can probably do some technique work on Saturday.
Throwers will train with Terry Mountjoy on Tuesdays, Thursdays and possibly Sundays.
Pole Vaulters will train with Mark Gilchrist on Wednesdays at 6:30.
