Travel reimbursements must follow the procedure below:
1. Fill up when you leave on a search - that receipt is NOT one that you will use.
2. Fill up as required while on the search - that receipt(s) you will need.
3. Fill up again when you get home - That receipt you will also need.
Submit the ICS form for search expenses with receipts attached. Please be sure to include the incident number along with dates, times etc. as before. The receipts will be returned to you if you request it.
