Healthy Horizons is a registered, non-profit, volunteer, educational organization located in
Saskatchewan, Canada. The work of Healthy Horizons is only possible because of
its volunteers, memberships
and donations.
We encourage individuals to take responsibility for their own health by working towards a healthy
body. We advocate the avoidance of unhealthy foods and habits and attempt, through
conferences, public meetings, and the Healthy Horizons Journal, to help people develop a healthy
attitude to life.
For optimum health there must be mental, physical and spiritual balance.
Healthy Horizons Objectives:
- To make greater use of what is already known in the fields of nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
- To listen to new ideas in health, but without endorsement.
- To reduce the cost for better health.
- To achieve freedom of choice in health care.
