I was born and lived all my life in Southern Saskatchewan. I am a self-taught artist, and after three decades of inactivity due to raising a family and career, I picked up the brush and started painting once again in 2010.

I focus mainly in acrylic, but initially started out in oil. My subjects are whatever catches my eye in this vast and wonderful world with my favorites being birds, animals and flowers, with a few portraits and abstracts thrown in for fun. I love my subjects up close and personal capturing that spark of life.

I am currently a member of the Regina Federation of Artists and Scott Nicholson's Fine Arts Gallery of Regina.
