Cathy started Painting in Watercolour after retiring from a career as an Engineering Assistant in 1997. As well as Watercolour she works in Pen and Ink, Scratchboard and Pastels.  She likes to explore Colour and the moods it evokes. Has taken classes from The University Senior Extension, Neil Balkwill Centre and the Regina Senior Centre as well as many workshops.
Cathy has been a member of the Regina Federation of Artists since 2000 and the Art Gallery of Regina since 1999.
Favourite subjects to paint and Draw are Prairie Landscapes, Seascapes, Still Life, and Florals.
