Sheila was born and raised in Saskatchewan.  She enrolled in a number of formal art classes at the University of Regina in the 80's. Giving up art for a number of years she retaught herself drawing and painting techniques.  Her paintings and portraits have found homes across Canada.  Sheila works in pencil, soft pastel, colored pencils, and acrylic.  She is an active member of the HeARTland Artists' Guild, Art Gallery of Regina, Artists Who Care (Alan Blair Cancer Clinic) and in 2018 joined Regina Federation of Artists. "Although I enjoy a variety of subject matter and mediums, landscape painting is my passion."
